Propizo provides software tools to support property management operations. Features may evolve as we improve the service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, controlling access permissions, and ensuring data entered into the platform is lawful and accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not process personal data without appropriate legal basis.

4. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to your chosen package. Taxes, renewals, and cancellation rights apply per your subscription terms.

5. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and comply with applicable UK data protection requirements, including UK GDPR where relevant.

6. Availability and Support

We aim for high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and incident response are managed operationally.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate in line with contract terms. Data handling after termination is managed per retention and legal obligations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
